On 11 October, Prime Ministerial Adviser Abd al-Amir al-Tayban said most, but not all, Coordination Framework forces supported Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi, specifying ten supporting parties. Political-affairs researcher Haydar al-Mousawi, also speaking on Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media), said all Framework forces supported him.
