Across roughly twenty minutes on the programme "Siyasi al-Ab'ad", AAH-owned Al-Ahad TV posted four segments quoting Maj. Gen. Jawad al-Dahlaki, described in one item as a security expert: that a military message reaches the security agencies within about 20 minutes including the PMF command, that evacuating headquarters needs 30 minutes not three hours, that the PMF has better communications equipment than the army and federal police, and that "by 30 September everything will happen" with the factions surrendering their weapons soon. All four are the guest's words on a channel AAH owns; nothing in the evidence makes them an AAH organisational position, and the specificity of the readiness figures is uncorroborated.
