iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) reported on the afternoon of 23 August that the Council of Representatives intends to hold three new sessions "in the absence of the Popular Mobilization Forces law," showing on screen the official agendas for sessions 12 and 13, dated 24 and 26 August 2026, listing first readings on narcotics, arbitration, solar-energy accession, maritime authority, mineral investment and customs cooperation. No PMF item appears on either agenda as shown. No other collected channel in the window raised the law.
