Between 07:21 and 07:38 UTC on 4 August 2026, iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) and Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) posted urgent-tagged graphics attributing three lines to a speaker they name only as "Sheikh Qasim": a call to prepare for a major battle, a statement that those engaging in and implementing the Israeli project against the resistance, its people and the homeland will be confronted as the enemy is confronted, and an account of September 2024 — the killing of Sayyed Nasrallah and other leaders, the pager operation, strikes on capabilities — answered by the "Awli al-Baas" operation. Both channels present the words as quotation; neither adds an Iraqi target, timetable or commitment of its own. Two channels carried it and no external reporting of the underlying speech is in hand, which is why this sits at the credible rung rather than higher — the fact of the carriage is established, the speaker's identity is not.
