Badr ties weapons restriction to foreign withdrawal

At 07:26 on 14 August Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) published a headline attributing to the Badr Organization the position that there is no disarmament before Iraq is liberated, and that restricting weapons is conditional on ending the foreign presence. About half an hour earlier, Kurdistan24 reported that Badr warned disarming Iraqi armed groups could trigger civil war. Two separate lines carry a Badr position on the same file, but no Badr-owned channel item is in the retrieved evidence, so the wording remains second-hand in both cases.
