Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) reported on 6 September that oil-institute graduates were demonstrating outside the Oil Ministry in Baghdad for appointments, fair treatment and permanent staff positions. Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) subsequently described a large demonstration at the ministry with the same demand for appointments and permanent positions. Sabereen News footage shows a large crowd facing riot police, but it does not establish the participants’ identities or the location.
