Within roughly an hour on 6 August, Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) published three consecutive quotes from Muhammad al-Safi, described as head of the Kataib Hezbollah representation in Wasit, saying the government's handling of the Saudi aggression fell short, that it had no position on restoring Iraq's sovereignty and dignity, and that the aggression's purpose was to begin a project to strip the resistance of its weapons. Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) carried the same three points as a consolidated bullet list shortly afterwards. The rung rests on two KH channels carrying the same named speaker verbatim; no independent line on the underlying Saudi action appears in the supplied material.
