Between 11:08 and 11:24 on 29 July 2026, four channels across three factions carried the same line — "Baghdad receives its heroes… the bodies of the righteous martyrs arrive at al-Hussein Military Hospital": Sabereen News (KH — affiliated/aligned media), Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official owned media), Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official owned media) and Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official owned media). Sabereen News was the first to post and the only one to identify the dead, writing that the bodies were those of "the martyrs of the Saudi-Wahhabi-American aggression against the Popular Mobilization"; its accompanying footage, on visual review, shows two white ambulances numbered 223 and 103 and a mixed group of uniformed and civilian figures outside a building, without confirming what is being unloaded. The three other channels used the funeral wording with no attribution of cause and no unit named. Al-Ghadeer TV carried the funeral line but published no condemnation of its own.
Watch: a named unit or faction eulogy identifying the dead; a location and casualty count from any faction or from the Iraqi authorities; an Iraqi government or Popular Mobilization acknowledgement of the incident; independent reporting of dawn strikes on Iraqi cities on 29 July 2026 — any of these moves this file.
