Kataib Hezbollah's own Al-Ittijah TV carried the decision, the operative wording, and a video segment headlined "after the deadline expired". The announcement was independently picked up outside the militia channels within the same hour by Elnashra, Shafaq News, Ultra Iraq, Rai al-Youm and PressTV, which described it as a delay to a planned retaliatory strike on US-Saudi interests — those outlets establish that the announcement was publicly made, not that any operation was ever prepared.
