iNEWS, affiliated media of Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada, published a report by Isra Khalid this evening headlined "حول عقود ومليارات انفقت بلا نتائج.. البرلمان يستضيف وزير النفط في جلساته المقبلة" ("Over contracts and billions spent without results.. Parliament hosts the oil minister in its coming sessions"). The framing — money spent without results — is carried in the channel's own headline rather than quoted from a named official. No other tracked channel in the collected window carried the item, and no outside coverage of the scheduled session is in hand.
