iNEWS, an outlet affiliated with Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada, posted at 16:05 UTC on 2026-07-28 a video report headlined "امام انظار الرأي العام.. اين تذهب جباية اموال المخالفات العقارية.. شاهد التفاصيل بالوثائق" — before the eyes of public opinion, where does the collection of property-violation fees go, see the details with the documents — tagged to its Studio Iraq programme and to presenter Izzat al-Mamouri. The post text names no ministry, province, official or faction as responsible, and the documents it advertises were not available in the collected evidence. The rung is limited to what iNEWS published: no external media reporting and no other tracked channel carrying or answering the report appears in this window, so the substance of the alleged revenue gap is not established here. No other tracked actor was observed repeating or rejecting it.
