The statement declares that "the blood of our righteous martyrs will not go to waste and the masks have fallen forever under the weight of iron and fire," then issues five "decisive and non-negotiable" demands to the Iraqi government: expel the occupier's bases and headquarters, sever all forms of cooperation with "the criminal Saudi regime… the head of the snake and the financier of terrorism against Iraq," break its silence rather than issue condemnations that "tempt the aggressor," secure advanced air-defence systems and hold accountable whoever left Iraqi skies open, and fifthly that "we in Harakat al-Nujaba will not permit the tyrants of Washington and the Arabs of Saudi Arabia to defile the soil of Iraq without a heavy price paid from their interests and their security."
