Government spokesman Haider al-Aboudi gives Hormuz export figures

On 7 September, government spokesman Haider al-Aboudi told Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) that Iraq exported more than two million barrels of oil daily through the Strait of Hormuz and that Iraqi oil constituted 70 percent of oil passing through the strait to global markets in August.
