At 08:03:27 Jehad Brothers Team (Nujaba — affiliated) posted "مجددا..انفجارات في الكويت" ("again.. explosions in Kuwait"); nine seconds later, at 08:03:36, Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) posted the same words behind a different bullet glyph. At 08:10:34 iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) issued a breaking-news card reading "استهداف قاعدة علي السالم في الكويت" ("targeting of Ali al-Salem base in Kuwait") — the card is a text graphic showing no scene. At 08:18:22 Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) posted that "جزيرة بوبيان الكويتية هي المركز الرئيسي لراجمات صواريخ هايمارس الأمريكية" ("Kuwait's Bubiyan Island is the main centre for American HIMARS rocket launchers"). No group claimed responsibility for any explosion, no perpetrator was named in any of the four posts, and no outside coverage of an explosion in Kuwait is in hand.
Two named United States-linked locations in Kuwait — Ali al-Salem air base and Bubiyan Island — have entered the Iraqi militia information space in the same window, attached to reports of explosions no group has claimed.
