He said there is resentment at the Iraqi military delegation travelling to Saudi Arabia because Riyadh presented no evidence that its territory was struck from Iraqi soil, and that Riyadh should instead have come to Baghdad to apologise. The claim about the strikes on PMF headquarters rests on this single guest appearance; no militia claim of retaliation and no independent account of the underlying strikes appear in the collected material.
