Watan TV (Badr Organization — affiliated/aligned media) posted on 7 August a statement attributed to "the factions" telling the American enemy and its allies in the region that the blood of their martyrs and wounded is the fuel of their steadfastness. Twelve minutes earlier the same channel had carried al-Zaidi telling the head of Saudi intelligence that Iraq will not permit its territory to be used as a launch point for any actions or activities affecting any neighbouring state. Both items are graphics carried on the channel; neither is presented as a Badr Organization organisational statement.

“The factions: We call on those whom the chair has blinded to the protection of blood and violated sovereignty to reconsider and return to their senses, and let the American enemy and its allies in the region know that the blood of our martyrs and wounded is the fuel of our steadfastness.”
Badr's channel sets a defensive territorial red line rather than an offensive commitment, which distinguishes it from the deferred-response track and marks where the Iraqi political-security establishment intends to place the boundary in dealings with Riyadh.
