FAA (Ansar Allah al-Awfiya — official social media channel) posted a series of statements from deputy Murtada al-Saadi on the evening of 30 July: that the government is required to reconsider security relations and agreements with the United States "after the recent assault and the fall of a large number of martyrs and wounded"; that the 2011 security agreement should have been revisited after recent developments; that the Prime Minister cannot take the decision alone and needs the consent of the political forces; that the Prime Minister held a meeting with the political forces on the position toward relations with the American side; that "the leaders of the Coordination Framework — their personal statements were harsher than the Framework's official statement"; and that "there is a divergence of positions inside the Coordination Framework regarding the level" of escalation. No other tracked channel in the collected window described the Framework's internal positions.
The route AAH's neighbour faction is publicising runs through the Prime Minister and the security agreement rather than through a retaliatory strike, and it does so while conceding the Shia bloc is not agreed on how far to go.
