On 27 October, Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official owned media) carried MP Noor Adel’s allegation that Basra Health Directorate deducted hazard allowances from medical and health personnel assigned to the PMF despite the health minister’s approval to pay them. Adel characterized the deductions as contrary to that approval and harmful to personnel serving in the field.
