Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS — affiliated media) published a broadcast clip this evening of Sheikh Kadhim al-Fartousi, identified on screen as spokesman for Islamic Resistance in Iraq — Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada, saying: "We say frankly, every operation we have conducted we have announced frankly. Why, for example, would we turn a blind eye to an operation or two? We do not hesitate in announcing the operations we announce, and one of the purposes of any operation is announcing it." The same clip's on-screen banner records him rejecting the description of the Popular Mobilization Forces as "terrorism," calling it "a criminalisation we do not permit." No KSS operational claim appears in the collected window, and no other tracked actor is observed carrying al-Fartousi's transparency assertion.
