The post carries no named target, no timetable, no weapon or unit reference and no operational claim. It was published roughly half an hour before the same channel's Karbala funeral coverage for "martyrs of the American-Saudi attacks." The readiness wording is attributed by the channel to the Alliance of the 1920 Revolution; the evidence does not show Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina adopting it in its own name.
