At 20:19 on 30 July 2026, Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina — official) posted video captioned "أحد زوار ابا عبد الله الحسين يوجه رسالة للسعودية.. احنا مشاريع استشهاد و لنا رد قادم" — "one of the visitors of Aba Abdallah al-Husayn directs a message to Saudi Arabia: we are martyrdom projects and we have a coming response." Visual review shows an outdoor interview at a night-time gathering with tents and crowds, tagged to the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The words are those of an unnamed pilgrim, not of Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina; the channel supplied the framing and the platform. No target, timetable or capability is named.

WHY IT MATTERS
