KH channel presses Baghdad over unchanged Karbala fuel allocation

WHAT HAPPENED

Within one minute at 19:38 and 19:39 on 31 July, Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) posted two lines from Nasrawi: that "the fuel allocation of Karbala province has seen no increase this year" and that "the government has not responded to the Karbala provincial council regarding an increase of the province's fuel allocation." Both carried the channel's standard hashtags and named no minister or ministry. No other tracked channel was observed carrying the Karbala fuel complaint in this window.
