Militia channels relay two Salah al-Din arrests within forty minutes

WHAT HAPPENED

Between 21:03 and 21:43 on 8 August, four militia-linked channels carried two separate arrests in Salah al-Din. Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) posted first on the Baiji refinery tanker-yard official in Tikrit, described as detained by a security force over corruption allegations, followed within minutes by Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) and Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) in near-identical wording; Sabereen News and then Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) carried the arrest of provincial planning director Duraid Hilal Shabib. No channel named the arresting agency, and none added a faction comment.
