Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) posted first on the Baiji refinery tanker-yard official in Tikrit, described as detained by a security force over corruption allegations, followed within minutes by Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) and Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) in near-identical wording; Sabereen News and then Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) carried the arrest of provincial planning director Duraid Hilal Shabib.
