On 14 August between 15:45 and 15:58, Al-Ghadeer TV posted quote-cards addressed to the Iraqi authorities: that they had failed on the economic and social challenges, that "what is happening is surrender, and we do not accept it", and asking whether they had at least answered Katz and Netanyahu with a position. Four minutes before the last of these, Al-Nujaba TV published a breaking-news card attributing to the same speaker the demand that the authorities admit failure and return to their people to reach a "guaranteed unified position". Two separately owned faction networks carrying the same speech is the independent line here; what is missing is any statement of the speaker's own faction.
