Two minutes apart on the evening of 4 August, Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS — affiliated) and then Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) posted identical wording stating that the Popular Mobilization Forces' Anbar Sector Operations Command had ended its duties in holy Karbala and returned to Anbar. Both posts are single-sentence relays with no reason, unit detail or faction comment added. The rung is credible: two channels under different actors carry the same wording and nothing in the collected material contradicts it, but there is no outside coverage of the movement.

Watch: an Anbar-based command's return coincides with the frontier reporting in the same minutes, so a Popular Mobilization Forces statement placing this command near the Syrian border, a named deployment site in Anbar, or outside coverage of the movement would each move this file.
