“Coordination Framework member Ali al-Zubaidi warned on Thursday of suspicious external plans and interventions aimed at targeting the Popular Mobilization Authority and attempting to undermine its security role, coinciding with efforts to reactivate and mobilize remnants of terrorist organizations in different parts of the country.”
