On 28 September, Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) alleged that Fly Dubai filed flights to Erbil International Airport as passenger services while carrying weapons and logistical materials for parties it called “sabotage parties” in the Kurdistan Region. It addressed the allegation to parliament’s Security and Defense Committee, the International Civil Aviation Organization and Iraq’s Civil Aviation Authority. Sabereen News provided the allegation; the shipment claim remains unverified.
