On 28 September, Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) attributed to Sheikh Sakr al-Duray‘i, a member of the Second 20 Revolution Alliance, a rejection of Iraq following the U.S. position toward Iran. It subsequently attributed to him the allegation that America seeks to divide Iraq and Iran to advance a “Greater Israel” project. The same outlet had previously carried his rejection of American dictates and his call to break restrictions on Iran.
