KH-owned Al-Ittijah TV adds “martyr” to Qasim’s Khamenei quotation

WHAT HAPPENED

On 27 September, Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) relayed Sheikh Naim Qasim’s praise of Iran and a reference to Iran having “offered” Ali Khamenei. Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned, non-official), Jehad Brothers Team (Nujaba — affiliated) and Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) carried that wording. Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) carried a version that called Khamenei a “martyr”; these are quotations of Qasim, not statements by the Iraqi groups.
