In the same evening interview on Nisf Da'ira, Bahaa al-Araji said the Sadiqoun bloc must receive its entitlement in the ministerial cabinet, that "we will have a position on reconstruction" if it does not, that there is still no real will to complete the cabinet, and that most political forces have pledged to grant Sadiqoun its share. He added that the bloc was surprised by the arrest orders issued against Ahmed al-Asadi, that the Sumeriyoun ministerial entitlement still stands, and that foreign companies will not come to Iraq while weapons are present. The claim rests on one speaker on the faction's own channel; no other channel in the collected evidence carries it.

“Foreign companies will not come to Iraq while weapons are present — Sadiqoun must receive its entitlement in the ministerial cabinet — we will have a position on reconstruction if Sadiqoun does not receive its entitlement — there is no real will so far to complete the cabinet — we were surprised by the arrest orders issued against Ahmed al-Asadi.”
Reconstruction files and ministerial allocation are being spoken about as one exchangeable package on AAH's own broadcast, which is where later obstruction, if it comes, would be justified from.
