Across roughly eight minutes on the evening of 13 August, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) published four items from its programme Nisf Daira quoting Bahaa al-Araji: that every Coordination Framework force, the resistance included, agrees on confining weapons to the state and that the disagreement lies elsewhere; that there is no dialogue as yet; that he rules out a clash between the government and the factions over the weapons file; and that he calls on the Framework to mediate between the two to protect the country from consequences. The claimed consensus rests on one speaker on one faction's channel — no tracked faction is observed in the collected window separately endorsing or rejecting it, which is why this sits at preponderance rather than higher.

If the weapons file is publicly conceded in principle by the Framework's own account, the contest shifts to implementation and sequencing, where the factions retain leverage without visible refusal.
