iNEWS, a KSS-affiliated outlet, published on 25 July at 19:33 a line attributed to a member of the Sadiqoun bloc on the programme "Nafas Amiq" with Laith al-Jazairi: "سلاحنا بأيدينا، ونحن حاضرون إذا عجزت الحكومة عن الدفاع عن نفسها" ("Our weapons are in our hands, and we are present if the government fails to defend itself"), alongside the figure of "8029 مقاتل جذورهم عصائبية" ("8,029 fighters whose roots are Asaib"). The statement was carried by a KSS-affiliated channel and attributed to a member of Asaib Ahl al-Haq's political bloc; available evidence does not show AAH's own Al-Ahad TV or Asaib Ahl al-Haq's official channel carrying it in this window, nor Badr, Nujaba or Ashab al-Kahf channels repeating it.
A named condition plus a named force size converts abstract refusal to disarm into an explicit, publicly stated readiness to act in place of the state, which is the precise threshold disarmament and PMF-integration negotiations are meant to prevent.
