Between 20:26 and 20:28 on 21 August, three militia-linked channels posted the same sentence attributed to former Electricity Ministry spokesman Ahmad Musa: that the energy file has drained the state and that larger figures will emerge in corruption files during the al-Zaidi government. Sabereen News posted first, then Unit 10,000, then Shabab al-Islam. The wording is materially identical across all three; the allegation is Musa's and names no officials, contracts or sums.

An accountability line aimed at the energy file and pre-emptively at the incoming al-Zaidi government is circulating simultaneously in two faction media networks, which is how leverage over ministries and appointments is built before it is exercised.
