Al-Ahad TV, AAH's official channel, posted two quotes from Parliament Speaker Haibat al-Halbousi within three minutes on the evening of 21 August: that restricting weapons to the hands of the state is an Iraqi decision, and that there is no clash between the factions and the government after 30 September. Both posts carry Baghdad-dated broadcast graphics. The statements are al-Halbousi's; AAH's channel is the carrier, and no AAH voice in the window endorses or qualifies them.

AAH's platform is being used to normalise both the state-control formula and a specific post-30 September date for calm, which is a different negotiating floor from the one Kataib Hezbollah's channel put down an hour earlier.
