On Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) this evening, Sadiqoun MP Qaisar al-Jurani told the programme #نصف_دائرة that Falih al-Fayyad had "targeted Sadiqoun in his statements", that the bloc would move to question him and demand his dismissal if he did not attend the hearing, and that PM al-Zaidi had spoken before Coordination Framework leaders about having informed Fayyad. In the same run of postings al-Jurani also said there is no political targeting of Fayyad at all, and fellow Sadiqoun MP Ahmad al-Mousawi said Fayyad's non-attendance at parliament was proof of dereliction. The escalation and the denial are carried by the same channel within roughly twenty-five minutes.
