On the programme Bisaraha ma'a Adhra, Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) carried Aaed al-Hilali saying the Popular Mobilization Forces were not notified of the bombing of their headquarters, framed the PMF as targeted and asked who is trying to condemn it, and separately carried him saying internal and external parties are planning Iraqi infighting. The same programme carried Wissam Aziz saying American pressure is behind the obstruction of the PMF law, and al-Hilali saying the axis forces could establish a qualitative force if left without pressure. The broadcasts name no perpetrator of the bombing and no planner of the infighting.
