On 25 August, Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina — official) described allowances, promotions and recognition of educational qualifications as basic rights. About an hour later, it said an appointment application process had remained closed and unresolved for more than three years, without naming the responsible institution or calling for action.

“Our most basic rights: releasing allowances and promotions, and recognizing educational qualifications... The appointment form has been closed for more than three years and still has neither been reopened nor resolved.”
أبسط حقوقنا: إطلاق العلاوات والترفيعات واحتساب الشهادة... استمارة التعيين مغلقة منذ أكثر من ثلاث سنوات، ولا تزال دون فتح أو حسم
Watch: naming a responsible ministry, setting a deadline, calling for demonstrations, or securing intervention by a militia-linked lawmaker by 1 September would turn the grievance into directed state pressure; any of these moves this file.
