Essam Hussein called the weapons legitimate; Ghalib al-Daami supported handing weapons to the state while placing faction arms within the PMF; Haider al-Mousawi endorsed the religious authority’s weapons-control position and private dialogue. These were guest comments carried by AAH media, not a formal AAH statement.

Despite their differences, all three formulas kept the issue within Iraqi state, PMF, Shia or religious-authority frameworks rather than stating support for immediate dissolution of faction structures.
