Political researcher Wissam Aziz said Adnan al-Janabi should go to court and might find his name among those wanted on terrorism charges, said he holds a complete file of documents on car-bomb factories that existed there, put 85 percent of residents as never displaced with 14 percent returned and 1 percent not returning because they are wanted on terrorism charges, and said 1,600 people counted as displaced from the Jurf are fighting with al-Jolani. Hamza al-Jubouri, deputy head of the Babil provincial council, called talk of land being taken from Jurf al-Nasr inaccurate and urged the prime minister to follow up and prevent al-Janabi's statements as sectarian incitement. The rung is credible: the words are on the channel's own record with named speakers; the underlying allegations have no independent line in the collected material.
