Between 09:28 and 10:06 on 14 August, channels belonging to Kataib Hezbollah, AAH, Badr Organization, Nujaba, KSS and Ashab al-Kahf carried two Iraqi state announcements back to back: the National Security Service's dismantling of a forgery and fake-appointments network in Diwaniya with ten people arrested, said to have sold state posts at $5,000 each, and then the Integrity Commission's arrest of Khalid Ghazai Atiya, Deputy Minister of Electricity for Transmission and Distribution. The wording is the state's in almost every case. The one deviation is Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated), which wrote that the Integrity Commission "toppled" the deputy minister "the one called Khalid Ghazai Atiya" — a dismissive naming formula absent from every other carrier. Two independent state announcements plus six networks' concurring text support the carriage picture; the link between the Diwaniya network and the deputy minister is not stated by any source.

The one channel that departed from the shared wording is the one to read: Unit 10,000's naming formula is the only editorial position any faction took on the removal of a senior electricity official, and it came from a Kataib Hezbollah-affiliated outlet rather than an official one.
