At 20:40 the same channel reported that Kurdish forces in Sulaymaniyah had arrested cleric Aram Khalkani after he criticised the Kurdistan Regional Government and demanded water, electricity and services. The arrest report is single-channel with an accompanying photograph that shows no verifiable location.
