Sabereen News (KH — affiliated media) posted a scanned document on the evening of 1 August, headed 'with the document', which it described as the Interior Ministry's Intelligence Directorate instructing areas of responsibility to collect the names of PMF headquarters and sites in the provinces. Visual review of the scan shows a memo from Directorate 615, numbered 567 and dated 1 August 2026, marked secret and personal, referencing an earlier 29 July directive and citing strikes that hit some PMF headquarters; it requests a detailed table covering site name, exact address and MGRS coordinates, parent formation, site type, approximate personnel numbers, presence and general type of weapons and ammunition or their stores, and any security observations, plus immediate reporting of suspicious movements. The rung is credible: the militia channel's own caption and the scanned text agree on the substance, and nothing in the window contradicts it, but no ministry confirmation is in hand and the scan carries the channel's watermark.

A KH-affiliated outlet, not the ministry, is the one putting a secret-marked mapping order for PMF facilities into public view, which places the inventory itself into the argument over who is exposing militia infrastructure.
