In the small hours of 13 August, Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) posted twice on Anbar's martyr-benefit files, asking what Martyrs Foundation head Abd al-Ilah al-Naili had uncovered there, how many fictitious entries of terrorists had been processed as martyrs, and whether repeated hosting or interrogation summonses against him inside parliament by the presidency, personified in Halbousi, related to what he stopped in Anbar. A second post alleged that subcommittees had certified forged transactions which "moved quickly" while genuine ones remained neglected, and asked whether the Anbar subcommittee had a share in corruption investigations. The channel says it will publish figures. These are the channel's own allegations and questions; no independent record of them is in hand.
