Between 09:09 and 10:07 on 13 August, Sabereen News (KH — affiliated), Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated), Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) and Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) all reported that Huqooq bloc MP Miqdad al-Khafaji had secured Finance Ministry approval for a financial allocation to PMF wounded, with Al-Ittijah TV later posting a video of him at the Council of Representatives promising details of his meeting with the finance minister. Each post reproduced the same letter to the finance minister requesting an urgent disbursement channel or an internal transfer for PMF injured with 50 percent or greater disability and for martyrs' families, without waiting for the next budget. Visual review of the reproduced copies reads the letter's date as 2026, 2027 and 2023 in different postings, so the document chain is not settled on the collected material alone.
