Between 06:41 and 07:01 on 28 July 2026, five channels across four factions carried the Federal Integrity Commission's seizure of 2.5 billion dinars at a Salah ad-Din official's home and the discovery of six investment properties registered to the accused's wife: Sabereen News (KH-affiliated), Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf-owned, non-official), Al-Ahad TV (AAH official, in two posts), and Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS-affiliated). None of those four named the official. Only KH's official Al-Ittijah TV departed from the pattern, posting at 06:50 "اعتقال شخصية مقربة من الفاسد عدنان الجميلي تمتلك معلومات كبيرة عن شركائه" — "arrest of a figure close to the corrupt Adnan al-Jumaily who possesses substantial information about his partners." Al-Ittijah TV did not carry the dinar-seizure wording its own affiliate Sabereen News used, and Sabereen News did not carry the al-Jumaily naming.
KH is publicly positioning itself as the faction driving a named prosecution in Salah ad-Din while its allies stay anonymous — capturing the political credit and the leverage over al-Jumaily's "partners" without sharing either, which is how state investigative machinery converts into faction-specific advantage.
