Harakat Hoquq takes the Saudi strikes file to court and parliament

WHAT HAPPENED

Across roughly two hours this morning, Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official owned media) ran a sequence from the parliament building quoting Harakat Hoquq MP Miqdad al-Khafaji: the bloc filed a parliamentary notification over attacks on PMF headquarters and formations, submitted a letter to the judiciary seeking an investigation into a claim by the U.S. president after what it calls the Saudi aggression, and was surprised the file was not placed on the parliamentary agenda. Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated/aligned media) carried the same al-Khafaji lines. Earlier the same morning Al-Ittijah TV published a letter from Harakat Hoquq MP Saud al-Saadi demanding Saudi Arabia be prosecuted and Iraq compensated, and ran an item headlined 'after the government's silence' on an international condemnation push.

WHY IT MATTERS

Kataib Hezbollah's own channel is now publicly recording that the Iraqi government and parliament have not taken up the file, which converts the strikes from an external grievance into a domestic accountability charge against Baghdad.
