Al-Ahad TV separately carried Water Resources Minister Muthanna al-Tamimi saying the ministerial cabinet supports restricting weapons and that "a clash with the factions is ruled out". Watan TV carried Ahmad al-Jabri saying it is a major mistake to treat resistance weapons as Iraq's ailment because some politicians lean on the issue. Three separate networks speaking to the same file within the window is what supports this reading; no outside coverage of the committee appears in the collected material.
