On 17 September, FAA (Ansar Allah al-Awfiya — official) reported that Maysan Provincial Council Reconstruction and Housing Committee head Ali Jasim al-Zaidawi inspected the new provincial council building and the Culture and Arts Palace. The channel said he reviewed completion rates and called for work to proceed more quickly under approved schedules and technical specifications; footage shows a group touring an unfinished structure, while the lower third identifies al-Zaidawi and his council role.
