On August 28, FAA (Ansar Allah al-Awfiya — official) said Brigade 19’s military engineering unit had resumed its second “Martyr Commanders” counter-explosives course after a pause caused by earlier security events. It said the course at Akashat on the Iraqi-Syrian border was intended to improve field competence, readiness and the handling of threats; visual review was consistent with a training scene but could not verify the unit or location.
