Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) posted first at 11:02; Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) posted a variant five minutes later that alone specified movement between Tuz Khurmatu and Kirkuk. The evidence does not identify Rasoul's command or the units involved, and no outside reporting of the movement appears in the collected material, which holds this at the middle of the ladder.
